Capital Business Technology was formed in 2009 as an authorised business partner of Canon NZ Ltd. This came about when Canon was selected as an official supplier for AOG (all of government) contracts and they expanded their business partners across the country to povide a stronger focus on New Zealand SME business.
 

CBT is run by Stephen Watt who has more than 15 years experience in the business technology sector, most of those with Canon.

We have Canon qualified technicians with the right tools and equipment to keep your Canon device running as it should. We provide phone support for those times when there's just a need for some help with an issue or instruction on how to use a feature. Other times there is a need for a qualified technician and we can have someone on site at your premises within 2 hours if needed.

We like to take a consultative approach to providing office technology. We make it easy by coming to you to discuss your office and document requirements. We look at document workflow from creation to print, scanning of documents, archival/retrieval needs, to ensure we recommend a solution that will help your business achieve results. We can also provide a detailed print analysis showing all your network printers and the total running costs which will enable you to indentify where cost savings could be made.

All our machines under service contract come with our 'Total Replacement Guarantee'. This simply means if the machine we provide does not operate to your satisfaction we will replace it with an equivalent model.

CBT provides Canon eMaintenance in order to proactively manage the service of your copier. Machine faults, automatic toner ordering and meter readings are all taken care of automatically.
